We stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you’re unsatisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at marketing@rethinkpetusa.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. You can always give us a call at 888-746-8223 with your order number & full name.
2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item back.
3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the product and include your return authorization number. Ship it to the following address:

Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
• Approved refunds will be processed within the next business day on our end, and it may take  5–7 business days between banks to appear on your next statement.

Prefer an exchange? No problem! Simply let us know, and we’ll arrange to send a replacement product once we receive your returned item.
